The Nature is a cute little spot in the gorgeous city of Valencia that offers an almost entirely vegan buffet. It costs between a rather amazingly cheap €7.50 and €8 depending on the day of the week (with weekends being more expensive). This price includes savoury and sweet dishes, so you can have a three-course meal and stuff yourself to the point of senselessness for a remarkably low price. Although drinks are additional.
The Nature is run by an oriental couple, and as such this is reflected in the type of dishes you will find in the buffet. The food here is tasty and varied. You will find vegetarian sushi, spicy noodle and rice dishes, and lots of other Chinese and Vietnamese standards that include tofu or faux meat such as seitan and the likes, along with basic salad items and pasta. There are lots of dishes to choose from and most of them were tasty and warm.
There is a small selection of desserts to select from, although from what I could see the options weren’t so suitable for vegans – ie yogurt and ice cream.
The staff at Nature are really polite and genuine and are happy to describe dishes to you and to recommend things for your particular diet.
The interior is quite clean and the atmosphere is pleasant enough. Not the best vegetarian location in Valencia, but pricewise it’s a great find if you’re vegan on a budget.
