Tealosophy is a cute store in Gracia, Barcelona that vends a delightful range of teas and accessories from a gorgeous shop.
With teas from Sri Lanka, Thailand, India, China and Japan and a choice of greens, reds, blacks and blends such as chai spice, earl grey, green chamomile, Ceylon, jasmine flowers, Darjeeling, China citric rose, Clementine and chamomile. They have 70 varieties of tea and blends available.
Tealosophy also have a range of tea accessories including tea pots and serving ware, books about tea (in Spanish) plus music to accompany oolong tea ceremonies etc
The service at Tealosophy is ultra-professional but unpretentious and the environment is seductive and tranquil. The teas smell divine and you will want to buy some.
A great place to buy gifts for a tea-loving friend or relly and to pick up beautiful stoneware, cups, strainers and mats and all that tea shit.
These are the kinds of divine specialist shops that I fear will be the first to disappear when the financial crisis really gets its stinky teeth into us. Shop here whilst you can. You won’t find PG Tips here but you will first find first flush, exceptional quality teas and stuff and things.
