Other locations offering wi-fi:

London Bar
Calle Nueva de la Rambla, 34  08001

One of the oldest bars in Barcelona and it has wireless internet. You couldn’t make it up.

Cat Bar
C/ Bòria, 17  08003 Barcelona

Nearest metro: Jaume

I heart Cat Bar. Situated centrally (in El Born and very close to Laitana) it has free wireless internet, serves vegan fast food, a lovely ambience and is dog-friendly. What’s not to like? <Read more here>

Arc Café
Carrer d’en Carabassa, 19

(also has a cheap lunch menu including Thai coconut curries tofu – €10.90 and home-made desserts.) Thai curry and internet – yum. <Read more here>

Stoke Bar
Banys Nou, 8

Another great find. Stoke Bar (despite the dubious name [if you are from the UK]) not only has free wireless internet, but also serves food made from ingredients sourced from La Boqueria (Barcelona’s most famous market), AND screens travel related films and documentaries. In addition they hold film nights where they screen cult movies such as Fight Club, Amores Perros, City of God and Amelie.

Carmelitas

Doctor Dou, 1 / Carme, 42
El Raval 08001

Spacious, modern and airy. A great place to drink green tea or coffee and get on the internet undisturbed.  They serve food too, including a menu del dia. <Read more here>

This list is by no means exhaustive. If you know of any other good free wi-fi spots in Barcelona, please let us know and we will add it to the list.
